GreenBizJapan.com; Terms of Use Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Site User* and GreenBizJapan.com- portal owned by GreenJapan.Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan.
By accessing or using the Site, Site User* hereby agrees to accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Access to the GreenBizJapan.com and features are provided to all Global Users** free of charge for the Predefined functionalities.
2. You must be a Registered User in order to post information on the Site or Contact Listings. Your status as a Registered Global User is governed by this terms of conditions agreement.
3. Green Japan reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to certain areas or features of the Site.
4. Site User agrees that he/she shall not copy, reproduce or download any information, text, images, video clips, directories, files, databases or listings available on or through out the Site.
5. By becoming a Registered User, you consent to the inclusion of your personal data in our Global Companies Database; refer to our privacy policy for usage of Personal information.
6. The Registered User shall not use the Site and internal messaging system for junk mail, chain letters or spamming or the transmission of any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature.
7. Further, the Registered User shall not use the Site Account to publish, distribute, transmit or circulate any unsolicited advertising or promotional information or any content that is obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or which incites or results in causing racial hatred, discrimination, menace or breach of confidence.
8. A Registered User may not sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, assign or otherwise transfer User ID or Password to a third party without the prior written consent of GreenBizJapan.com. Greenbizjapan.com may suspend or terminate the Account of a Registered User or the transferee of a Registered User in the event of a sale, offer to sell, gift, assignment or transfer in violation of this Section.
9. The unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, use of images, colors, texts, listings, or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited
10. Links to third party sites are provided by web site as a convenience to user(s) and Greenbizjapan.com do not have any control over third party sites i.e content and resources provided by them. You are cautioned to read third party sites' terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using
*Site User(s) means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in Japan or in other countries
**Global users means registered users by giving personal information and entering into Global business database of the site and gains a status of Global Users and or Japan Company users.
